Sprue Maker
This is for the gravity casting of the pouring cup, runner bars and down sprue required for clustering of the wax patterns. The sprue maker produces runner bars by gravity casting wax bars with full length inserts to minimise wax consumption.
Capacity : Upto 60 sprues per hour.
Full length insert bars with provision to screw in handles are provided.
Dies and inserts are designed for gravity casting of wax.
The Dies are water Cooled.
Sprue caster:
The sprue maker produces wax sprues by gravity casting wax melt into water cooled Aluminium dies. The cast sprues are with pouring cup and metal inserts for handles.
Specifications and Salient Features:
- Capacity Up to 60 sprues per hour.
- Built of SS304 & MS powder-coated, with Aluminium Dies.
- A Standard set of 10 sprue dies are provided for SC10.
- 6 Nos. moulds for square 32X32xL300mm tapered sprue +pouring cup.
- 2 Nos. moulds for square 50X50xL350mm tapered sprue +pouring cup.
- 2 Nos. moulds for rectangular 25X75xL300mm tapered sprue +pouring cup
Dies and inserts are designed for gravity casting of wax.
- Heated Wax Tank.
- Stirrer Drive is ½ Hp geared motor of reputed make.
- The dies are water cooled for quick effective cooling of all dies.
- Control Panel has Power On/Off, Motor switch gear & digital temperature controllers.
- Total Power: 3.5 Kw.
