Pneumatic Shell Knockout Machine
Pneumatic Shell Knockout Machine After metal casting the ceramic shells are knocked-out to reveal the castings. The knock-out is done by a pneumatic hammer, provided with a variable position carriage for clamping IC poured trees.
The whole is mounted within an acoustic enclosure to minimize noise. A dust collector is recommended for trouble free operation. The machine is maintenance free. Spares like hammer tool, snap clips etc are not required.

Shell materials from Cast trees are knocked off on the shell knockout machine. The knock-out is done by a pneumatic hammer with a variable position carriage and an amphitheater anvil, for clamping cast trees. The system is mounted within an acoustic enclosure to minimize noise.
The machine must be connected to an effective dust collector during operation.
There are 3 Models available, LITE, STD and HEAVY.
