Automated Chemical etching
The Automated Chemical etching or Chemical milling plant is an enclosed line featuring Ferric Etch, Pre-penetrant Etch and Anodic Etch facilities. The process cycle is programable and Gantry operated. It includes fume extraction facilities and fume scrubber is an addon option. An optional Acid dosing station is also available.
- Polypropylene Etch Tank & Basket.
- MS structure with Acid proof coating.
- UPVC access doors & windows.
- Cascade Rinse Tank maintains a constant purity of rinse water.
- Cascade Rinse water purity sensor.
- Anodic Etch Tank.
- Desmut Tank.
- Hot water dip tank.
- The Gantry picks the basket and moves it through the programed Etch cycle.
- PLC control, HMI operation.
- Acid feed and Dosing systems are an optional addon.
- Fume Scrubber is an optional addon.
