Drip Melting Attachment
An Aluminium Drip melter of 30Kg capacity is provided at the top of the Conditioning tank. Wax slabs/ Granules melt and flow into the SS Conditioning tank. The wax is stirred continuously at a constant temperature to form a uniform blend. Melting rate of 10Kgs/Hr & 15Kgs/Hr are available.
WAX TRANSFER PUMP :
A temperature controlled, positive displacement pump of our own design & make is provided.
- Flow rate : 10 LPM max. output.
- Heated hose : A 1m length heated hose with temperature control is provided
ORDERING DETAILS:
You can order the equipment with or without the slab melter, wheels and wax pump. You have a choice of the conditioning tank size.

This is a mobile(optional) wax melting -conditioning machine with a built-in wax pump & heated hose for transfer of wax. Wax slabs/Pellets melt in the Drip melter and is conditioned to a uniform preferred temperature in the conditioning tank for transfer.
