Rainfall Type Stucco Applicator During ceramic shell forming, the wet slurry dipped cluster is coated with a layer of sand or stuccoed.
The machine produces a uniform sand rain in which the slurry dipped wax cluster is manipulated to obtain a uniform coating of the refractory particles on the cluster. The operation could be manual or Robotic.
The RTS1000 means full uniform rain with minimum sand, vibration-free working, little or no spillage of expensive refractory, ease of utility with automation systems, maintenance free machine. Available in 1000mm and 1800mm diameters.
