Rainfall Type Stucco Applicator During ceramic shell forming, the wet slurry dipped cluster is coated with a layer of sand or stuccoed.
The machine produces a uniform sand rain in which the slurry dipped wax cluster is manipulated to obtain a uniform coating of the refractory particles on the cluster. The operation could be manual or Robotic
The RTS1000 means full uniform rain with minimum sand, vibration-free working, little or no spillage of expensive refractory, ease of utility with automation systems, maintenance free machine. Available in 1000mm and 1800mm diameters.

The wet slurry dipped clusters are coated with sand or ‘stuccoed’. A full uniform rain, little or no spillage of expensive refractory, adjustable baffles, maintenance free machine.
