Sprue Extruder
This machine extrudes wax cullets into long lengths of various preferred cross sectional sizes. The wax cullet’s can be fed at ambient room temperature of 25C to 30C or may be warmed to about 40C. Filled and Unfilled waxes may be processed. It is also possible to extrude hollow tubular sections with appropriate optional tooling.

This machine extrudes wax cullets into long lengths of various preferred cross-sectional sizes. The wax cullet’s may preferably be warmed to about 35-40C for best results. Wax at ambient temperature (25-30C) may also be extruded. Filled/Unfilled waxes may be processed.

- A hydraulic power pack is complete with pumps, control valves, pressure gauge, oil filters, oil-level indicators is provided.
- A Safety Light Curtain disables the extruder if operator reaches into the loading area.
- A heated extruder barrel with digital temperature control.
- An SS work table is provided for cutting and shaping the extruded wax bars.
- A set of Extrusion Dies for 3 different crosections are provided.
- A DOL for switching the Hydraulic power pack.
- Selector switches control extrusion.
- Extrusion Speed & Pressure control valves are provided.
- A cutter blade to cut the extruded wax to preferred lengths can be provided as addon.
