Debinding and sintering kiln: SK1B
The SK1B is a debinding & sintering Shuttle Kiln for Injection moulded or Extruded Ceramic parts.
Description: The Injection moulded parts are cleaned and any visible imperfections are corrected, they are placed within a ceramic tray filled with fine refractory. Such trays are stacked on the furnace shuttle hearth and loaded into the furnace. The Furnace is heated at a preset temperature gradient up to a preferred temperature.
