Abrasive Gate Cut-Off Machine The machine is to cut-off investment cast components from the cast tree at the ingate.
This is a Semi automated, plug-and play, dry cutting, abrasive cutoff machine, complete with hydraulic tree clamping vice, tree position adjustable on X-Y Rotary-Tilt axes with swing-arm mounted cutoff head adjustable on the Z axis. Laser Cut location ensures precision cuts to minimize grinding operations.
The machine is complete with hydraulic power pack, protective enclosure for the cutting area and dust exhaust port.
